Cancellation Policy
You can't cancel orders that have entered the shipping process.

Product Returns Policy
Complete customer satisfaction is important to us. However, if you need to return or exchange a product, please see instructions and conditions below.

·Products may be returned or exchanged within 15 days after receiving them.
·Please contact this e-mail info@ecoart-co.com to request a return or exchange and your order ID should be included in the package (for example "Return request for Order ID XXXXXXXXXX").
·Returned products must be in their original packaging and everything must be intact. No return or exchange will be accepted for products that have been used and/or damaged.
·The buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs, taxes(if any) and the risks of damage or loss during transportation for products returned, except in the case of defective products.
·Because refunds will not be issued in full for items damaged in return shipping or returns that are never received, we highly recommend that you insure all return shipments and provide Ecoart with the shipment tracking number.
·Products are inspected upon receipt.
·Refunds are based on the price paid at the time of purchase.
·Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment as the original payment and will exempt original shipping costs. Refunds may take up to 45 days to process.

*At any time, Ecoart reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange. We will not accept any returns on products marked as final sale, overstock or discontinued.

Damage Policy
·Every shipment is insured in the unlikely event that damage occurs during transit to your shipping location. While cases are extremely rare, damages do happen once in a while. We request that you inspect your item(s) upon delivery.
·If your item(s) shipped via common carrier i.e. DHL, FedEx or UPS, simply refuse delivery and contact us immediately for a replacement.
·If the product is accepted and damaged, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the proper carrier.
·For damages unnoticed at the time of delivery, we require that you send us photographs via e-mail within 24 hours, so that we can address and correct the situation.
·Please notify Ecoart of any damages on the product or packaging within 24 hours of receipt.
